Still has built in support for pump.io (i.e. identi.ca), one of the only ones that still supports GNU Social natively and still has regular updates. Living in a rural area it's great to be able to download my feed and read it at my leisure even when there is no internet.

Eudaimon ꙮSorry, I was trying to publish with <a class="hashtag" href="https://fe.disroot.org/tag/andstatus" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Andstatus</a> and just found out it does not allow image description, so here it goes: Graph with monthly global surface temperature increase above pre-industrial. Each decade has a different line colour, and you can see that the closer, the hotter. There's a red line that represents June 2023 to July 2024, way above all the other ones, and that oscillates between +1.5°C and approx +1.75°C. Only two lines from past years manage to slightly cross the +1.5°C limit, just for a few months

Leider zieht das nur viel Strom vom Tablet. <a href="https://friendica.opensocial.space/search?tag=AndStatus" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#AndStatus</a> hat sich als richtiger Stimmungskiller herausgestellt. Ja, man kann drölfzig Dinge irgendwo in versteckten Menüs einstellen, aber es hilft einem auch nicht, wenn man erst gar nicht kapiert an welche Funktion man da einen Haken macht oder nicht, bzw. was diese Funktionen bewirken sollen. Ich finde es ist eine schlechte Übersetzung oder die Funktionen sind schlecht bezeichnet ... sagt die Bäuerin deren Bikini Schuld ist, wenn sie nicht schwimmen kann 😁. Vielleicht später mehr in diesem Theater mit <a href="https://friendica.opensocial.space/search?tag=Tusky" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Tusky</a> .

My first approach (to implement everything in the client) failed, mainly for performance reasons. i hope to have found a good compromise at the moment and look forward to doing first compatibility tests with <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/andstatus" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#andstatus</a> soon.
