#trump does not care about what courts say.
He rules by the #fuhrerprinzip .
And if there are enough people who do what Trump says (his #SS and #SA ) then #birthrightcitizenship and #democracy WILL end.
Time of protest is over, you literally have to FIGHT for your survival and take Trump, Musk and ALL their minions down.
Remember they are NOT the majority. They are with few, very few and we, the people, are with MANY !!! We are NOT helpless !!!

Hey, at least this is good news:

The 3-judge appeals panel wrote in its ruling that the admin had “not made a ‘strong showing that [they are] likely to succeed on the merits’ of this appeal.”

#Trump’s order would restrict #BirthrightCitizenship from being extended to children born on US soil to parents without permanent legal status…. Multiple judges have found the order is inconsistent w/ #SCOTUS’ longstanding interpretation of the #14thAmendment.

A federal appeals court Wednesday evening declined the #Trump admin’s request to partially revive the president’s #ExecutiveOrder restricting #BirthrightCitizenship.

The #DOJ asked the #9thCircuit Court of Appeals to immediately limit a district judge’s ruling, one of multiple indefinitely blocking Trump’s order nationwide, to only the individual plaintiffs who sued in an underlying case.

Sen. John Conness discussing the meaning of #BirthrightCitizenship and the #14thAmendment in 1866: “‘Here is a simple declaration: Human beings born in the United States shall be regarded as citizens of the United States, entitled to civil rights, to the right of equal defense, to the right of equal punishment for crime with other citizens. And that such a provision should be deprecated by any person having or claiming to have a high humanity passes all my understanding and comprehension.” sfchronicle.com/opinion/openfo

“Trump’s executive order on #BirthrightCitizenship needs to be seen in the broader context, much as the #WongKimArk case came out of a period of intense [racist] anti-Chinese sentiment. ‘That is, I think, a very clear parallel between then and now.’” nytimes.com/2025/02/10/us/birt

[So #StephenMiller basically just described #ElonMusk & #DOGE to a tee but projected it onto the #judiciary]

The pushback comes as #Trump tries to dismantle govt agencies & eliminate large swaths of the federal workforce are being held up by the courts. Judges have also blocked Trump… from moving forward w/mass federal #buyouts, from placing thousands of #USAID workers on leave & from implementing an #ExecutiveOrder that seeks to end #BirthrightCitizenship for anyone born in the #US.
