Robbing a black character of all intrigue, culture, identity, and personality so their blandness makes you feel safe, also robbing a child of a black role model as they're unable to relate to the bland robots that make you feel safe? Or allowing black characters to be as quirky and interesting as white characters, seeking confirmation from actual black people as to whether you can enjoy it? Weary Wulf[P] I ask this as a dignified, oldschool lefty: How often do those who claim the mantle of "progressive" today ask victims of bigotry what they want; what offends/hurts them; how they want to be protected? Weary Wulf[P] I reclaim the word to be something better and more fitting. A lazy person is one who knows to take their time, observe and introspect, managing resources wisely and accordingly. A lazy person is the opposite of a wasteful person, as rush invites only rot and decay. A lazy person is a measured person, who considers all things with the due care and respect they merit, rather than hastily acting just to act and then shown for a fool.
