Not just hands/fingers/wrists. But also arms/elbows, shoulders, knees and ankles.

I've tried cheap swan splints but they didn't fit my distal fingers well, and I didn't seem to have as much trouble with the medial joints. Lesson learned I guess!

I feel like a grump but I don't know where else to talk about this stuff. I don't really believe in offsets, and it's clear that changing our 'need' for #hypermobility is the more difficult task, that those aspiring to leadership could tackle.

Vraiment avoir des problèmes de santé et pas de suivi médical c'est vraiment un enfer.
Ce soir mes douleurs articulaires, qui sont constantes et chroniques, sont importantes et je ne peux rien faire à part prendre du Doliprane alors qu'avec un suivi médical, j'aurais probablement un diagnostic et un traitement.
J'ai plus de médecin depuis facile 10 ans et ça se sent. Vraiment les déserts médicaux, un plaisir.

Hey. Help us pay for my new wheelchair? I'm desperately hoping the issues with my current chair are that it's old and battered and possibly needs more in repairs than would be worth it (it's better than NOT having one, don't get me wrong...). But $1,100 (rounded slightly up) is a dear price even if cheaper than we'd ever get anything custom.

Crocheting with hypermobility has been tough. Over the years I've had to limit my time spent crocheting, invest in some better hooks & braces, and take breaks from it every now and then due to injuries.
I always come back to it, because it remains a calming activity for me in its own way. With enough care and caution, I'm able to keep doing it.
