Das in #London auf dem ersten Bild, wird wohl abgerissen, damit auf dem und weiterem Grundstück 900 Wohnungen entstehen. Mercato Metropolitano hat da in 40 Kleinunternehmen 423 Arbeitsstellen, und jährlich 600.000+ Besucher.

In #Berlin da gibt es auch paar solcher Grundstücke, wobei die Nutzung in Berlin aber nicht ganz so hip, im Vergleich zum zweiten Bild. Womit ich wohl sagen möchte, dass ich bei Stadtentwicklung, bei manchen Fragen ein "hip" ziemlich gut finde. 1/2

When you don't have enough cloud cover to act as a nice filter for the sun, but also just enough for everything to be hazy, it's time to go old school lofi to watch the partial solar eclipse.
