So what do people think about #mt3 #keycaps? I’ve never tried them before but I like the look. I’m still a n00b at this stuff so very interested in comments and other suggestions. I’m using a #keychron Q6 (100%) #keyboard and I prefer keycap sets that acknowledge the existence of Mac keys.

Just finished swapping out switches in my Lulu split ergo-keyboard.
Removed the Momoka Frog v2 switches and put in some "Deep Sea silent box switches" by Kailh for the alphas & num row and some Kinetic Labs' silent "Gecko Switches" for the mods.
The sound profile is much better now and still far away from silent. I really like the deep and dampened profile. Reminds me of some strange animal tapping on trees in a rain forrest at night for some reason.
Took the Noctua/KM360 outside for a few more late afternoon photos, because I am a vain, conceited, saaaaad individual. I make no apologies. I now have my #Keychron Q1 Special Edition equipped with Drop + Zambumon #MT3 Serika R2 #keycaps and #Gateron Gopolar Azure Dragon V2 #switches. It's really awesome! The keycaps are far more impressive than I expected. This is my first time with the MT3 profile and they're amazing. Just the profile change has dramatically upped my typing speed which I have never experienced before with any other keycap profile. The Azure Dragon V2 switches are my favorite tactile switch I've tried too.
Okay Fediverse. Now that I’ve made my cap set decision, I need opinions on what base board to mount my inbound MT3 Dancer #keycaps on. Colour, specifically. Obviously black would be a decent choice. Anything else? I thought perhaps wood, like a Filco with a liquid wood Kobo case. Kid says no. I also thought some sort of white, maybe off white. Reds are out, as are pink and green. It’s the expected price, $120 - and coming at the tail end of my #mechanicalkeyboards obsession where I’ve already vowed not to drop that kind of $ on frivolous cap sets, I know I’m not going to buy it.
