was planning to buy tickets to go to #oshwa in edinburgh this year, but to my disappointment it seems that the payment system that they have set up won't let me purchase a ticket without making a paypal account
@pycomtois Coïncidence: Louis Rossman a posté hier une vidéo bien sentie sur la solidarité, l'altruisme, l'implication sociale des personnes à mobilité réduite, l'open source et le right to repair.
For anyone interested I'm talking about my DIY GPS tracker later on today (6pm GMT/UTC, 1pm EST) with @oshwassociation -

I believe most of them are sold out. Except for the beagle, which is much more expensive. (But has an #OSHWA certificate.)
Which SBCs have an #OSHWA certificate and use a non-programmable (i.e. real chip) open source CPU? I only know of the BeagleV-Ahead. Can't find anyone except the beagle on oshwa.org. But I'm also awfully bad at searching and reading. Are there any?
#Signet got featured in the #OSHWA October roundup.

Next up, their monthly Show & Tell!
Stream will be at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVXza7CV6OY
@ms_zwiebel #Purism has already released the board design files for the #Librem5 and plans to pursue full #OSHWA-compliance in the future.
@adafruit has 786 certified projects! A nice proof that open source hardware is viable. I can't imagine how many projects, startups, companies or research have been accelerated thanks to these! I take my hat off to them

@oshwassociation I enjoyed watching your Show and Tell, @deshipu

Hiya! Up for a Challenge? We'll be presenting on the @oshwassociation Show & Tell stream at 10:40 PM on Oct. 2. EST @crowdsupply #oshwa #openhardware #Openterface #minikvm #usbkvm #OpenOct
Just ordered a #TShirt to support the #OSHWA Open Source Hardware Association.
Some time ago I wrote I would love to buy some nice #TShirts to support organizations I like - if they are not black.
Well, the 'not black' part seems to be hard.
If you've got an URL to order a support T-Shirt for some good cause I'd be happy to read about it - preferably if it is colourful or at least not black .

The Open Source Hardware Association (@oshwassociation) needs our help. You can buy a sweet shirt about it.
"OSHWA is in a pickle! In the US where our not for profit is registered there is a law stating that one third of all income must be from the public...if we don't have enough public contributions our status will be revoked. With a purchase of a tee/hoodie you'll be helping us maintain our status"
