I was thinking of performers who have had a long career and I thought of Paul Simon. My parents had his album "Bridge over Troubled waters" in the 60s and he is still around today.
My husband was listening to the Bangles cover of "A hazy shade of winter".
And that reminded me of this video.

It was the third and final single from his second self-titled studio album (1972), released on #ColumbiaRecords in July 1972 backed with "Run That Body Down". The song peaked at No. 52 on the #BillboardPopSingles chart in 1972. A ballad in E-minor, "Duncan" tells the story of Lincoln Duncan, a fisherman's son.

The song is named for the #QueensboroBridge which spans the #EastRiver between the #NewYorkCity boroughs of #Manhattan and Queens.
