"Cream" is a song by American singer-songwriter #Prince and his backing band #theNewPowerGeneration, released in September 1991 by #PaisleyPark and #Warner as the second single from Prince's 13th studio album, #DiamondsAndPearls (1991). In a 2004 #MTV special, Prince joked that he wrote the song while looking at himself in the mirror. "Cream" became Prince's fifth and last number-one single on the US #Billboard #Hot100, staying at the top for two weeks.

This is a good one, too.
I understand why a lot of these songs were cut. They are pretty loose and jammy. But I'd argue that the (many!) outtake tracks give you a fuller picture of Prince's multifarious talent and how wildly productive he was.
Listening to Purple Rain outtake tracks. Let's just say that most of the raunchiest stuff was left on the cutting room floor.

#Synthwave 80s r&b with notes of #prince, #brandy, and #JanetJackson. Sex music, not sure what a live show would be like, but theres a solid groove in the album with some breakup-induced songs written during lockdown. Nicely executed, not a top 10 for me or any of the lists I've seen, but on a couple people's top 20 - curious where she goes if another album comes out.
