When offering cordial salutations to one who has elected for "they/them" or other pronouns averant to either masculine or feminine presentation, clearly Sir or Ma'am is not correct. What is a valid stand-in for such honorifics? "Y'all" seems a bit comparably informal but it's all I can come up with off the cuff.

From the article: "COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — A federal appeals court in Cincinnati will hear arguments Wednesday in a legal dispute that pits a suburban Ohio school district’s gender pronoun policy against the free speech rights of classmates who believe there are only two genders.

"The lawsuit brought by Parents Defending Education, a national membership organization, against the Olentangy Local School District in 2023 has captured broad national attention from groups ranging from the American Civil Liberties Union to the conservative Manhattan Institute. Ohio’s solicitor general has asked to participate in oral arguments on behalf of 22 U.S. states that have interests in the case."

@dx As primarily a he/him, I don't mind they/them.

Imagine a situation where you found a lot set of keys. You might ask "I wonder if they know they have lost their keys?"

If you don't know someone's pronouns, we already use they/them as a substitute in the English language.

I feel like anyone offended by someone using they/them is someone who will also tell you that "there are only two genders".

Here's a story that just popped back into my head for no reason. Had a disagreement over christmas dinner with my sisters (now ex) boyfriend over how #gender works. Next time I met him I deliberately misgendered him. He was damn quick to correct me. Aparently preferred #pronouns aren' a thing right up to the moment when you #misgender a cis-het white dude.

Since pronouns are now weapons, I'd suggest that every time someone purposefully misgenders another, that the victim returns the favor. They don't care when we call them Nazis, but they suddenly care when given their own medicine. Petty yes, but look who we're dealing with.

The trans women in congress should begin this practice immediately. Kids at school too.

Why am I not using he or she on this 'god'? I thought we do not have to refer to anyones chosen anymore? So all that counts, in this new age of 'merit and common sense', is sex assigned at birth. Simple as that.
Answer following questions:
Was god born? (And if so, when?)
Who assigned it its at birth?
Based on what ?
What does 'god' have gametes for?
Who was 'gods' mother?
Who her?

Notice anything?
