Martin caught the nasty stomach bug that's been going around last weekend, so I holed up in my sewing room to stay away from him over the last 5 days. This is the product of my avoiding the stomach bug. Not sure I like it, the dark blue almost looks black against the other colors. This will go in the donate pile.

These are the smallest Word Play letters I’ve ever done. Somehow, without measuring, I pieced that bottom line so that it was exactly 48” - the same width as the sunflower rows. I think it was meant to be

Buying cheap is always a risk. Sometimes it works out, other times you end up with a headache.
Bought a cheap set of acrylic quilt templates, turns out one of the pieces as not fully symmetric (the largest one), preventing me from making a proper square of the pieces.
Now I made myself a set of paper templates that are fully symmetric, perhaps that will work better.
I have framed my recent #quilting inspired studies and will be showing them at the upcoming @peakdistrictartisans #SpringArtFair 12/13 April. They were all supposed to be the same size but unfortunately I picked up two different sizes of Aida fabric for them so the blue one is a bit bigger
