The area around #Leudelange where I run is characterized by forests, bushes, and cultivated landscapes. Only extensive agriculture. #Luxembourg is doing a lot of things right here. Especially now in spring, you see birds of prey on almost every run. Today, a #redKite flew close over me. Majestic! Then there was a #buzzard, which was chased away by a #crow. Pretty brave, considering it was a bit smaller.

No wonder I blah. This was me being active in March. A normal week would have 2-3 red circles (weights) and 5-6 yellows (runs). Some serious habit rebuilding is gonna happen over the next few weeks.

Monday #Workout:
200 seconds of plank.
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
10 minutes of strength training.
10 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
12.5 KM of #Running (0°C, 100% humidity, and 5 km/hr wind) in light rain.
Back to regular plank (whew!). Quick workouts, then a run in light, cold train, slogging through slush, snow, and some ice. Had a great time of it.
Rinsed my shoes out in the shower to get the salt out.

I got upgraded from urgent care to the ER last night and walked away with 7 stitches and a splint. Fell asleep early, and my watch just told me my poor sleep is slowing my recovery. Thank you, Garmin, but I picked up on that myself. #running

Jalat olivat eilisen juoksun jäljiltä vähän tönköt, mutta kyllä se homma lähti rullaamaan, kun sai jalat lämpimäksi. Juoksun jälkeen ollut lihaskuntotreeni sen sijaan oli ihan perssiistä
