Magic CauldronEin deutscher Klassiker mal anders: Ofengeröstete Gochujang-Kartoffeln mit Sesam und Honig. Dazu Salat (Gurke, Paprika, Apfel, Walnuss) mit Honig-Senf-Dressing. Börps. So geil, besonders die karamellisierten, scharfen Sesamkrusten. So wichtig.<br> <br> Grobes Rezept: Pellkartoffeln schälen, Marinade aus Öl, Gochujang (kor. fermentierte Gewürzpaste mit Chilis), Salz, Honig, Zwiebelpulver, Knoblauchpulver) zusammenrühren, über die grob geschnittenen Kartoffeln kippen. Mit den Händen einmassieren - Handschuh tragen - und Auflaufform in den Ofen geben.
