I tend to make fresh pesto with pistacios, olive oil, green bell peppers, some chillis and lemon juice.

• Then just dunk the just boiled spagetti in it, swirl them, pull them out and serve the fully coated (non-dripping!) spagetti on a bed of oven-roasted veggies (zucchini, aubergine and onion slices, bell pepper and tomato chunks that got coated a soy sauce+curry+peanut oil marinade before put in a 200°C oven for 20 mins) for a flavourful contrast dish that is quick, easy and looks great!

Love this traditional shop front on Antipasti on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow, particularly the curved glass around the entrance. In my opinion, this sort of shop front fits so much better with the surrounding sandstone buildings than most of the over-the-top modern ones.

Tonight we have some great sharing platters from #RealOliveCo available.

Plus our very own hazy IPA 'Elvis Has Left The Building' is on the taps and we've got our single hop bitter 'Fugg Life' on the newly installed pump handles

Je vous propose une recette de cuisine qui emploie le sel pour cuire et faire dégorger les légumes (tzatziki) :

ingrédient :

oignons blancs et cives
poivrons
concombre
fenouil

condiment :
feuilles de coriandre fraiche
feuilles de menthe fraiche

fromage blanc et crème fraiche épaisse (base à mélanger aux légumes)

faire dégorger au moins 5 jours suivant la quantité

bon appétit et bonne journée
