TraceyThekla 🎨 Rolandelli<p>I got this stone paper journal at a yard sale. Sketched a plein air watercolor landscape on the blank, front page. I think I'll use the lined section for daily arthritis tracking and put a sketch on each page. That will get two things done. Tracking and a daily sketch. </p><p>I'll post the work here each day.</p><p>Won't be super intimate like a therapy journal. Looking forward to this! I'll start later today. Nothing major but I’m going to rest again today.
