È stato un lungo viaggio!
La mia Lady Fauno è finalmente terminata-𝘈𝘯𝘰𝘥 𝘢𝘦𝘯 𝘪-𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘯 𝘯𝘪𝘯 𝘪-𝘯𝘪̂𝘯 𝘪-𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘩 (Sindarin) e sono felice di aver sperimentato la tecnica del blackwork anche se ho barato perché è in forma libera! 😝 Per creare l'effetto ombra ho usato un pattern formato dal punto mosca che nelle zone più luminose si spezzava nel punto seme fino ad arrivare a piccoli punti di ancoraggio.
Le uniche parti che ho voluto colorato sono state le iridi degli occhi, realizzate con la tecnica dello silk shading (punto pittura).
Ho scelto il viola perché è un colore che evoca un senso di misticismo e inoltre sta molto bene abbinato al nero.

Cosa apprezzo di più del mio lavoro?
- L'effetto grafico, che ricorda i disegni ad inchiostro di certi comics/manga.
- Il contrasto tra le due tecniche, blackwork e silk shading.
- Il grande formato: il cerchio misura 30 cm, non è male considerando che di solito lavoro su cerchi di 12-15 cm di diametro.

Cosa vorrei migliorare?
La regolarità/precisione del pattern, che si ottiene sicuramente con la tecnica a fili contati blackwork tradizionale.

Per questo motivo mi sono decisa a studiare seriamente questa tecnica e mi prenderò una piccola pausa per fare esercizio!
