This! Except that it's not currently on exhibit at the Fortsas Club in Paris. It's at the Grolier Club in New York City. (which is notoriously easier to gain access to than the Fortas, by the way!)

The Grolier exhibit is reviewed in the NY Times Dec. 5, 2024, Section C, Page 4 with the headline: Some What-If Books Are Brought to Life.

I only hope it includes a copy of "The Shadow of the Wind" by Julian Carax.

Hey #paleobubble and fellow fossil nerds, What would be a good name for a company building #dinosaur and other #paleontology #exhibits for #museums? We plan to include hands-on science labs, the latest research, and original fossils in our displays. Four suggestions in the poll below, multiple choices are possible. Please add your own suggestions in the comments and boost boost boost! Now I'm curious 🧐

Post 4/n of a visit to the Shanghai Natural Wild Insect Kingdom on 23 June 2024. A Panther Chameleon (Furcifer pardalis), Tiger Salamander (Ambystoma tigrinum) and two Axolotls (Ambystoma mexicanum), a wild and leucistic form. The leucistic (white) form is the one usually found in captivity, which is why most people think the Axolotl looks like that.

Post 2/n of a visit to the Shanghai Natural Wild Insect Kingdom on 23 June 2024. A Chinese Water Dragon (Physignathus cocincinus), Mangrove Monitor (Varanus indicus), Argentine Black and White Tegu (Salvator merianae) and a lovely Philippine Sailfin Dragon (Hydrosaurus pustulatus).
