The hem of the soft crimson robe touches the tops of her feet lightly. The throne is wood and copper inlaid with green stone the color of her eyes. Staring into the hand mirror she looks at the outlines of her own face and smiles. She wishes that the infinite waters of the heavens were a mirror too so that she could see all of herself at once.
