Want to stop the iOS 18 update popup? It's because the update is already downloaded. Here's how to get rid of the download and make the popup go away:
1) go to settings -> general -> software update and make sure automatic updates are off.
2) go to settings -> general -> iPhone Storage.
3) scroll down to "iOS 18.1.1" - you might have to press a button to see more entries before you can scroll to it.
4) press "Delete Update" button
