Besonders alarmierend ist der Fall von <a href="https://abcnews.go.com/US/timeline-wrongful-deportation-kilmar-abrego-garcia-el-salvador/story?id=120803843" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Kilmar Abrego Garcia</a>, einem Mann, der seit über einem Jahrzehnt legal in den USA lebte und trotz eines Gerichtsbeschlusses illegal von der US-Regierung entführt und deportiert wurde. Die US-Regierung ignoriert das Urteil des Supreme Court und verweigert seine Rückführung. Hier sieht man mal wieder: All das Gerede davon, „Kriminelle“ oder „Illegale“ Ausländer abzuschieben war immer nur Lüge: Es werden skurpellos auch unschuldige und legale Migranten deportiert. Das einzige, was hier illegal ist, war die Deportation.Noch beunruhigender sind Trumps Äußerungen nach einer Eskalation seiner „Remigration“: Er will jetzt auch US-Bürger, die er als „homegrowns“ bezeichnet, in ausländische Gefängnisse deportieren. <a href="https://rsw.beck.de/aktuell/daily/meldung/detail/usa-trump-abschiebungen-el-salvador-gefaengnis-menschenrechte" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">In einem Gespräch mit dem salvadorianischen Präsidenten Bukele sagte Trump</a>: <blockquote>„The homegrowns are next, the homegrowns. Dabei ging es nicht nur um die Abschiebung von Migranten, sondern explizit auch um die Vertreibung von deutschen Staatsbürgern mit Migrationshintergrund. Etwas, das trotz zahlreicher juristischer Versuche, die das wohl verschleiern wollten, juristisch auch nie <a href="https://www.volksverpetzer.de/aktuelles/afd-anwalt-correctiv-nie-widerlegt/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">widerlegt wurde, wie ein AfD-Anwalt auch zugab.</a><blockquote><a href="https://www.volksverpetzer.de/aktuelles/remigration-deutsche-gericht-correctiv/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Remigration von Deutschen: Gericht bestätigt Correctiv-Recherche?!</a></blockquote>Später wurde auf einem AfD-Parteitag in Bayern <a href="https://www.deutschlandfunk.de/afd-nimmt-begriff-remigration-offiziell-ins-wahlprogramm-auf-100.html" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">offiziell „Remigration“ als</a> Teil des Wahlprogramms beschlossen. Faschist und Referent auf dem Geheimtreffen, <a href="https://www.volksverpetzer.de/aktuelles/sellner-gesteht-correctiv-hatte-recht/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Martin Sellner, bestätigte später noch einmal</a>, dass die „Remigration“ auch deutsche Staatsbürger betreffen soll, wenn sie „nichtassimiliert“ seien. Was das bedeuten soll, das wollen die Rechtsextremen einfach selbst festlegen, natürlich. Mit dem Grundgesetz hat das natürlich gar nichts mehr zu tun.<blockquote><a href="https://www.volksverpetzer.de/aktuelles/sellner-gesteht-correctiv-hatte-recht/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Geheimtreffen-Teilnehmer gesteht, dass Correctiv Recht hatte</a></blockquote>Ghettogesetze und Lager im AuslandDas Konzept der „Remigration“, das maßgeblich von Martin Sellner geprägt wurde, wird oft als „freiwillige Rückkehr“ oder lediglich Abschiebungen dargestellt. Doch hinter diesem Euphemismus verbirgt sich ein detaillierter Plan zur massiven Ausgrenzung. Sellner beschreibt in seinem Buch eine Reihe von Maßnahmen, sogar buchstäblich von „Ghettogesetzen“, die darauf abzielen sollen, Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund – und teilweise auch deutsche Staatsbürger – systematisch aus Deutschland zu vertreiben.Aus Sellners Buch<a href="https://correctiv.org/aktuelles/neue-rechte/2024/01/10/geheimplan-remigration-vertreibung-afd-rechtsextreme-november-treffen/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Correctiv berichtete ja sogar auch</a>, dass besprochen wurde, ähnlich wie Trumps El Salvador, auch Lager im Ausland zu errichten, in denen die Menschen untergebracht werden sollten. Darunter auch einfach nur Andersdenkende.Fazit: Ein Blick in eine mögliche ZukunftDie Entwicklungen in den USA unter Trump zeigen, wie schnell rechtsstaatliche Prinzipien ausgehebelt werden können, wenn faschistische Politiker an der Macht sind. Die AfD verfolgt offensichtlich ganz ähnliche Pläne, die Bewunderung in der Partei für Trump ist ja kein Geheimnis. Aber von irgendwelchen Distanzierungen und Verurteilungen dieser illegalen Politik lese ich bei der AfD gar nichts. Vielleicht, weil man genau so plant, die Verfassung zu brechen und die Freiheit und Grundrechte von Deutschen abzuschaffen? Ich finde, die bisherige Faktenlage lässt diese Vermutung zu.Es ist daher von größter Bedeutung, wachsam zu bleiben und sich entschieden gegen solche Bestrebungen zu stellen. Die Geschichte lehrt uns, dass der Schutz von Minderheitenrechten und die Wahrung des Rechtsstaats keine Selbstverständlichkeiten sind, sondern täglich verteidigt werden müssen. Denn das betrifft auch DICH.
