"Incense and Peppermints" is a 1967 song by the American #psychedelicRock band #StrawberryAlarmClock. The song is officially credited as having been written by #JohnSCarter and Tim Gilbert, although it was based on an instrumental idea by band members #MarkWeitz and #EdKing. It was released as a single in May 1967 by #UniRecords and reached the number one position on the #Billboard #Hot100 for one week in November of that year.

Groop – ‘This Place Is The Space’ (Six Tonnes de Chair Records). Groop is orchestrating a living, breathing revolt against repetition. In the offbeat corridors of Zebulon, every set becomes an unpredictable ritual. With Mark Rains unleashing a searing sonic production, these LA renegades rip through the stale fabric of expectation, fusing cosmic far-out hues with relentless, uncompromising improv.

New #review today: "#JohnEntwistle’s bass playing was integral to the music of #TheWho, but he was only responsible for writing a handful of the group’s songs. But some of those songs were among the most memorable in The Who’s catalog, and were staples of their live shows. Sing Wistle Tunes is an homage to Entwistle’s songwriting, featuring 17 tracks done by #ExNorwegian along with various guests." #ExposeOnline #ClassicRock #PsychedelicRock expose.org/index.php/articles/
