Or at least structuring the program so that the USA location not be the "main" event. For example, hosting in Mexico or Canada would not be much more expensive for North American guests and it would be much safer for non-US participants.

How's the train ride to Pittsburgh? Is it worth it to get business class tickets to increase the likelihood of sitting together and power outlets, or will we get those things with coach tickets as well?
