I’m continually amazed by human curiosity. Despite there being dire warnings and it obviously being a Bad Idea, someone has tried to pry open the protective casing on this pylon. One of the signs on the pylon makes it clear that this pylon is carrying 275,000 volts. #pylon #FAFO

This week snaps from a walk just after Christmas on Minster Marshes, in the middle of Thanet in Kent - very flat and criss-crossed by the River Stour and many drainage channels. This is, I think, part of a power connector with France.
