Y⃒̸̷̝̜̙ͥͥͥngmar<p>Fixing up this diesel hand pump I found in the garage/barn a while ago.</p><p>The leather seal around the piston was slipped out of place, but it was fixable - hope it'll stay in place. Apart from that, just one bolt broke and some rust, mostly on the outside, as the fuel inside had preserved it.</p><p>The aluminium parts are a really bad sand casting job, but it should hold anyways. May need some metal epoxy putty.</p><p>Cleaning up the parts now. EliTreating eastern hemlocks (Tsuga canadensis) today for protection against hemlock woolly adelgid (HWA). My favorite tree ever ever so it feels good to know they'll be protected. We've been treating by injection method only so as to not leave chemical in the soil. More expensive but it works!<br>
