Blake Patterson<p>I bought the requisite switchbox about 13 years ago, and finally today found and ordered a clean looking SM124 paper-white monochrome CRT monitor for the Atari 520ST, from eBay. Jamie Booth<p>I've been dusting off and testing an old 486 machine that used to belong to my Grandfather. I'd canbalized the 3.5" floppy and HDD. So those had to be replaced. I thought the Motherboard was good but after testing, it no longer POSTs. I'm going to spend some more time on it, but for now I ordered a replacement board.</p><p>Now, it POSTs and boots. The RTC battery is dead and my replacement isn't here yet. So, it forgets everything when I turn it off.
