I've often thought that the wrong type of person is elected to lead us. "Tiered Democratic Governance" may be a useful remedy to this.

Can someone please explain #TDG's inequitable sum to me?
Shouldn't a bond reflect:
a) the severity of the charge,
b) the flight risk,
c) the income, and
d) the accumulated wealth?
