In his _Letter from a Birmingham Jail_, #MartinLutherKing emphasizes the importance of #EconomicJustice alongside #SocialJustice and criticizes how white supremacy is happy to take wealth from the hands of Black folks as customers while refusing to provide them with good jobs.

I just ran the numbers for one of my tech #WorkerCooperatives with open-comp + opt-in for self-identifying along several axes.

Non-white team members comprise 53% of our staff and receive ~56% of our total compensation.

- Use corporate tax revenue to buy some shares of that company and put those in a trust democratically governed by workers in that company.

Under the looming christo-fascist regime run by deranged puritans who are into plantations, slavery & oppression, jobs are going to suck. Worker rights are going to be eliminated.

People who want a decent way to earn a living will need to avoid right wing employers like the plague, and be self employed or create worker co-ops.
