Hello David!
I love this post and I was wondering if I could port (or simply use) all the tips you give for the xp pen tablet use on my system: I run on Mint Cinnamon latest version and I have an XP Pen x22 Pro (which was not a good choice, but well, what's done is done). I currently use the xp pen driver for linux, which is shit, since I can't use the "roulette" to make my canvas turn on Krita, and when I try to calibrate my tablet screen, it goes on my other monitor. Thx anyway!
@Kalilooe hey, thank you!
I never tried the x22 Pro, so no idea because each models have their own differences.
If you can control the device with xsetwacom CLI tool then it will be possible to set the mapping, map buttons, etc... It shouldn't be a problem with Mint, being X11 based, and the method should be very similar to the one in my article.

Thank you soooooo much for your answer!!! Je vais essayer, je vais peut-être migrer vers Debian pour faire juste comme vous et limiter les risques :) Merci en tout cas et bravo pour votre blog.
Cordialement, Frank
