So would UX changes like:
1. Browsing RSS style with groupings, counts, scanning, mark as read. Equivalent to timeline filters and lists.
2. Quote toots will make boosts less repetitive .
3. Boost collapse (algo)
4. Show only 1st post in thread.
5. Hide boost/comment option.
I have turned off boosts for about half the people I follow.

@atomicpoet @jgordon I'm also against imposed/covert algos. I'm for people helping one another organize information flow in social media. That's what I mean by becoming the algorithm.
