Happy from Ruchika, Sean, and Viraj! We decided to do Thanksgiving again this year. We started with Irani Chai and butter biscuits. We then had berry pulao and dal dhansak. Everything was and could be made . Just to be "traditional" we had an apple strudel from Aldi for desert. Such a special day for little one's first holiday!

@bunvoyage17 ooh, I haven't had dhansak in ages; I'd completely forgotten about it.
I was in my local Indian shop during the week and they had lauki, but I didn't buy any because I've gone off it... I wish I had bought one now.
Right, it's now on my list for the next time I go there!
