Boy, I need to use more olive oil in my cooking. These potatoes already taste great!

food

Hm, is this right? I used 6 eggs for a kilo of potatoes. I feel like this needs like two more eggs.

How the heck am I gonna flip this, I don't have anything this big.

food

This is not a tortilla, this is a tortillón.

food

Alright, let's eat and review for today's writing session.

food

@JordiGH that's not a tortilla, that's an omelette with potatoes :D

food

@ekaitz_zarraga I added more eggs because it felt like it needed more eggs.

I'm not sure I've ever had a tortilla, so I don't really know what it's supposed to look like.

food

@katnjiapus @ekaitz_zarraga Oh, that's what I thought you meant, but I wanted to make sure.

Spanish tortilla is mostly unrelated to Mexican tortillas. The word "tortilla" just means something like "tartlet" or "cakelet". Spanish tortilla is something like a potato omelette. Mexican tortillas are flatbreads, usually made out of corn in Mexico but also sometimes made out of wheat, especially outside of Mexico.

@JordiGH @katnjiapus Tortilla means the same buuuuuth TORTILLA DE PATATA (often shortened as tortilla) is a different story.
