Builds a corpus from given texts, matches words to metric patterns you choose. Then you say, "regenerate from here to here automatically" and it picks other words, maintaining the meter.
Outputs beautifully printable poetry booklets.
I was working on a project last year where this would have been exceptionally helpful.
What needs to be modernized about it?
@RussSharek C code could use *cough* rustification (or maybe not; no idea how it works); maybe it's still python2 / gtk2? That would need conversion to pygobject / gtk3.
@RussSharek Apparently someone did a port to Java and made it available through a web app. Not sure what to make of that.
The choral music possibilities of this are excellent.
