The session notes from #FediForum September 2023 are now on-line.
https://fediforum.org/2023-09/
If you couldn't make it to FediForum, but would like to know what was discussed, these notes are for you.
And if you came to FediForum but there were too many interesting parallel sessions and you couldn't go to all that interested you, they are for you, too.
@fediforum@mastodon.social @fediforum@a.gup.pe @evan can we get an alternative set of notes from whoever replied-all to the calendar invite?
I would love to see another fediforum focussed on end users, rather than technology.
beekeepers
climate activists
Embedded developers.
mountain climbers
etc.
Where each group of people can get together to chat with others of their kind.
Maybe it needs to just be lots of small FediForums organised annually.
Thank you @fediforum for the awesome work that you do.
Thanks @PythonLinks !
We don't really have any beekeeper friends, but perhaps you do? If so, can you help us reach out to them to figure out what subjects they might want to discuss related to the Fediverse?
@fediforum
I do not have any bee keeper friends either.
I chose bee keepers as an example of a social group that might love to get together and talk about what their issues are. I think they are interested in urban beekeeping, colony die off and other issues.
So #beekeepers, what would you like to get together and discuss at the next #fediforum?
#bees #bee
@fediforum@mastodon.social @fediforum@a.gup.pe You forgot we actually gave a speed demo of #Fediseer on day 2 ;)
@db0 Fixed. Sorry about that, we worked off the original list of demos.
Would be nice if we had an actual name beyond the fediverse handle, but not required.
