Just when I think I'm going to get something done I see a good video making opportunity. 4 seconds of 240fps bees slowed down.
@firephoto Wow. This is amazing. Thanks for sharing.
@firephoto I could watch this all day. Fascinating!
@firephoto this is mesmerizing
@firephoto I'd say you got something done: an amazing video.
@firephoto wow! They’re busy as, well, you know…
@firephoto this is both hypnotizing and anxiety inducing. I’m sending this to my friend because her fear of bees is borderline concerning so this will be like her personal Psycho or Saw
@firephoto
Thank you for sharing! Perfect start into this day!
@firephoto
Beautiful!
@firephoto Thank you. I can't watch them at normal speed, but they are fascinating like this.
@skry It's surprising how different it looks slowed down when you are used to just seeing bees zip into and out of the hive.
@firephoto I didn't expect it to be such a haphazard landing. Bees seem so efficient except in motion.
@firephoto they seem to thwack into each other quite a bit?
@fluidlogic They do, I was kind of surprised by that when I saw it one of the first slow videos I made. You think they're all focused and on target only to realize it's sort of chaos in front of the hives.
@firephoto This video would be a nice screensaver
@firephoto waw - mesmerizing!
@firephoto According to all known laws
of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly.
Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground.
The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don't care what humans think is impossible.
@firephoto which one is the air traffic controller
@firephoto I have no idea how long I have been sitting here watching and rewatching this but it is quite a long time. This is beautiful.
@monkeyninja It's quite amazing how much can happen in 4 seconds of a bees world.
Delightful! This is so cool. Thank you for sharing this.
@firephoto Just beautiful. I could watch all day
@firephoto Surely one of your hashtags should be(e) #beemovie, no?
@Bishopjoey That's a good one! I've made a note for the future.
@firephoto LOL.some are just pretending to beee busy
