Friday Night Cocktail - Waldorf

A signature cocktail from the well known hotel. It's a Manhattan with a touch of Pastis.
- 50ml Bourbon (Bulleit)
- 25ml Red Vermouth (Antica)
- Dash Angostura (6 drops)
- Rinse a frozen cocktail glass with Absinthe or Pastis (Henri Bourdin). Stir the ingredients with ice. Strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

Consume at sunset while listening to some Deep Reggaeton from DJ Python.
