Friday Night Cocktail - Improved Whisky Cocktail
From Everleigh. It's somewhere between a Sazerac and an Old Fashioned.
- 60ml Bourbon (Bulleit)
- 15ml Maraschino (Just starting a new bottle from Gerry's)
- 2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters (12 drops)
- 2 dashes Absinthe (or rather half a bar spoon of Bourdin Pastis)
Build in a rocks glass with plenty of ice, stir once, lemon peel garnish.
