vinyl is better than CD because its capable of reproducing so much more sound than was even originally recorded in the studio

Dynamic range is far narrower, thus it's required to perform completely different from CDs mastering even nowadays, but oddly enough it exceeds -6dBm range defined by Loudness War and usually provides -8…-12dBm instead.

Completely different scene and ambience.
Completely different low-freq and bass especially: warm, more "rounded", more lively.

Even then, reel-to-reel Led Zeppelin IV is even more eargasm than a vinyl rip.

@jk what I live about vinyl is how you can add your own sounds to the recording if you yell at the needle loudly enough while playing
