As much as I love the idea of the @frameworkcomputer laptop, and as much as I want one, I just can't seem to justify it over my current Lenovo T480. Other than a faster/newer processor, I'm not sure that I'd truly get any benefit at this point in time. 
The nice thing is that they’re established. When your t480 breaks you have a reasonable option (I don’t believe the newer Lenovos have the same spirit).
@bitwolf This is correct- the newer Lenovos are not in the same class as the older T480. It would definitely be a thing for when/if this T480 breaks. Currently, with dual SSDs and 64GB of RAM, it's just a tough sell. If I decided to pull the wifi card, I could throw in my Coral.ai TPU. Parts have been just as swappable, really- upgraded trackpad and display thus far. I've also got a TON of ports, and I really have used them all.
I just wanted a reason to buy a Framework 13 NOW.
Ayy what kind of cooling would a person willing to give up their wireless card need to put on that little sucker?
