@mmasnick @mastodonusercount Twitter is still broken. They seem to fix each issue very temporarily then it glitches 20 minutes later. Nobody can follow anybody. Notifications get limit exceeded messages. GIFs still don't work. DMs appear to be the only thing working consistently.

the @mastodonusercount numbers look at bit fishy to me though, particularly the lack of an uptick in toots per hour. There was definitely more noise tonight.
