Second case is US v. Texas. This is, more or less, whether Biden gets to set immigration policy, or Texas.
8-1 by Kav saying that Texas lacks standing to challenge the policy. Alito dissents.

This case was a Texas special where the lower court made a facially bad ruling and obviously so but it's taken two years for the Supreme Court to do anything about it. But, at least, here we are.
