My favorite thing about the holidays is receiving spammy emails from companies so thirsty for Christmas cash that they are debasing themselves with cringey last minute gift ideas. No, Team Blink, nobody wants a subscription to your security cameras for Christmas, and shame on you for even proposing it
@AbandonedAmerica It’s almost satire. It reminds me of @lowqualityfacts humorous product reviews.
@AbandonedAmerica I also think CVS suggesting that I shop there for stocking stuffers deserves some sort of prize
@CitizenWald yes, exactly, who doesn't want some nice laxatives or wound dressings in their stockings?
@AbandonedAmerica Beware of e-mails telling you of packages waiting for you that have delivery problems and to call to resolve them. Or people sending e-mail of a charge, usually a few hundred to a thousand dollars, to your account and to call if it's not your bill. They want you on the phone.
@AbandonedAmerica But it's free for the first 12 minutes!
