New AXIOM Remote enclosure render
This device, and its associated software, is a remote control unit designed to compliment the AXIOM Beta range of cameras. Like the devices it controls, AXIOM Remote is an open source, open hardware project and all data surrounding its research and development has been made freely available.

@milan if you have to do that ,then focus with the lens on the longest telephoto setting you are going to use for the shot.
You can then zoom out as much as you want and all should stay in focus (but don't zoom back in beyond that point).
I used to use this trick even with autofocus at places like raves where you might have some bright lights (that you zoom into) but everywhere else is not bright enough for the autofocus to work well..
