burnout, working from home
Ok, this week I've decided to go back to the office for a few hours at the end of each day, to try and boost my productivity. After not being here for over a year an a half, first things first: update software and OS in the office computer 😞
I can literally hear my productivity fly out of the room...
So, I just asked the tech guy at one of our clients why every other PDFs I receive from them have been scanned as images. Everyone there is using the latest MS Word. All you have to do is Save As PDF. Apparently one there, won't do that. They print the Word Doc from their workstation to a printer in another room; then walk across that room to a copy machine; scans the document; and then sends the scan, now an image PDF, from the copier back to their workstation.
