The truth is I'm just a little bit gay and that's way too gay for some and not nearly gay enough for others.

Pride month is weird for me. For a long time, I felt completely out of place in queer spaces. I still do to a great extent. Queercon is among my favorite things in Vegas, but I feel like I'm constantly being judged. I don't suffer from most of the stigma or difficulties that a lot of queer people do because it's super easy for me to pass as straight. I was almost 30 before I could even talk about the idea of being queer. And that feels oppressive.

"Gay pride was not born of a need to celebrate being gay, but our right to exist without persecution. So instead of wondering why there isn't a Straight Pride movement, be thankful you don't need one."

Another win at work today. Feeling good about that. So many ups and downs in this work ;)

Number one skill of a hacker: ability to live in deep despair and still keep hammering away

Number 2 is the ability to psych yourself up into a godhead like state for short bursts of complete optimism

Hot take: zero-interaction automatic updates have made users a lot safer and the internet a lot less fun

It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a newly booted web server must be in want of a bot constantly attacking /wp-login.php

It's helpful to write the linter love notes:
git commit -a -m "Dear linter, I am only truly happy when you are happy"

In case anyone is wondering why you can only search hashtags, this was, to a lot of us, a beneficial design decision to counter-act harassment, so that nobody can just do a search for "otherkin" or "intersectionality" and then find all the ppl they want to harass, etc. etc.

it wasn't a hard-set thing and has never been fixed in stone so it may be changing but if you're making requests for "real search" do consider the ramifications for that.

Did a live stream last night showing how to update the Kiwi extension in Meterpreter to include the latest version of the code from Mimikatz. Also spent a bit of time exposing the offline/shared WiFi credential dumping feature so that it's usable from MSF.
