If Scotland and NI leave the UK, hopefully Wales would be next
England is the outlier.
@TCMuffin @Wen @benroyce @Funwithphotos absolutely, left to stew in it's own far right juices until it collapses in a heap of empire exceptionalism & nationalism, wrapped in a forever irrelevant flag full of bad memories & regret...
@Vonskinnback @TCMuffin @Wen @benroyce @Funwithphotos
It's so nice being English and feeling the warmth of your neighbours...
@jonburr @TCMuffin @Wen @benroyce @Funwithphotos I can't wait to become a neighbour to England, born & raised in the Tory heartlands I am now an outlier in my own community. Soon I will be in Scotland, where my political opinion matters & my vote will be valid for the first time in my life, I can't wait to leave this Tory shitshow behind & if/when Scotland finally leaves the UK, I will be absolutely ecstatic & make every effort to make it a success for my new homeland...
@jonburr @Vonskinnback @TCMuffin @Wen @benroyce @Funwithphotos I have loads of English friends and also family which live there. It’s not about the people it’s about the government and the corruption. They have ruined the UK and there is no coming back from this. #independence is the only way to save our Country for our children. Alas it’s too late for us. (At my age )
@jonburr @Vonskinnback @TCMuffin @Wen @benroyce @Funwithphotos well as a nation stop acting like far right imperial colonisers and have some fucking respect for your neighbours - whether they be Welsh, NIrish, Scots, French or Belgium. As the phrase goes “The sun never set on the British Empire, because even God couldn't trust the English in the dark".
@jonburr @Vonskinnback @TCMuffin @Wen @benroyce @Funwithphotos why do so many people who identify as English take it so personally when people in the other nations of the UK express a wish to leave the UK? Why does England not want to be independent?
