Thanks for sharing this. Lately I've been mulling over such ideas and considering practical implementations of this sort of reverse non-negotiated or click-through contract.
My best thought so far is to have some verbiage on the smtp server that could act as a click-through agreement when the enshitifiers force you to provide a valid email for registration.
