GDPR complaint against X (Twitter) over illegal micro-targeting for chat control ads!
The platform unlawfully used the political views and religious beliefs of its users to determine whether they should see an ad campaign from the EU Commission.

@noybeu here we go again. Behaviour manipulation, Cambridge Analytica-style
@noybeu Now I'm even happier that I'm not a user of twitter, especially as a dutch citizen.
Generally I am a huge proponent of the EU, and still continue to be so. However reading the article, this egregious behavior demonstrates that ethical fading can occur anywhere.
I'm really glad we have NGO's like noyb.eu defending our shared values and freedoms.
@noybeu Hi, folks. So tell me: how do I find out how this targeting works/applies to personal data relating to me? I submitted a DSAR earlier this year to Twtr Dublin's DPO, and received no response (other than providing pro forma instructions to me about how to download a copy of my data from their site).
