It's 28th of October and everybody is celebrating the 100th anniversary of Czechoslovakia. Meanwhile, I am finalizing the new firmware for Trezor, which will be released tomorrow. Independent organizational structures built on top of a truly decentralized economy are the future!

I am at @NixCon2018 - haven't been to Linux-related conference for quite some time and it seems it was a good choice to come here. Really love all the cool stuff people around are building. Exciting times!

Certain French hardware wallet producer is using sponsored links to appear in Amazon and Google search results if you look for the keyword "Trezor." I guess that's investors' money well spent. 🤷‍♂️ Reminds me of the "Bcash is the real Bitcoin" bait and switch scam.

Honestly it saddens me that there isn't more people talking about OpenToonz, and this fork in particular:

I was wondering "hey, why DON'T we have open source software for quality 2D animation"? -- except we *do* have it and not enough people know about it.

I'm pleased to announce the release of the Bitcoin Extended Public Key Converter. Hopefully this will save other Bitcoin developers a little bit of time while building and testing software.

One of the best and entertaining talks I've ever seen (by James Mickens): Must see for every computer scientist and especially AI/ML people.
