So I started #Fosstodon around 6 months ago. Back then, I found myself looking at my personal timeline and the federated timeline most of the time.

However, this instance is starting to fill up with such interesting people, that 90% of my time is now spent on the Fosstodon local timeline.

I am starting to suspect that when it come to actual natural engagement is pretty much better that twitter. For every user I have seen there seems to be community engagement in their posts unlike in .

I have had my account for ages never used it much. On the community is keeping me hooked, not psychopathic algorithms.
