Officieel zijn er 128 nieuwe manen bekend gemaakt waardoor het aantal komt op 274 manen. Its elliptical trajectory invites the two bodies to periodically move towards and away from each other, generating <a href="https://astrodon.social/tags/instabilities" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>instabilities</span></a> in the <a href="https://astrodon.social/tags/disc" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>disc</span></a> of matter that envelops and feeds the nascent binary system. The fall of <a href="https://astrodon.social/tags/matter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>matter</span></a> onto the protostar results in a temporary increase in its luminosity by a factor of 100. Periodic light bursts captured by the SPIRou instrument.</p>
